Broadwater is a tastefully presented Georgian style establishment and is ideal if you are looking for good quality accommodation in a quiet location close to Tunbridge Wells town centre. We are located on the desirable south west side of the town and just a very short walk from the historic Pantiles, many excellent shops, restaurants and the railway station from which there are frequent trains to London in just 45 minutes.

We have attractive single, double and twin en-suite rooms, each very tastefully and individually decorated with TV, Wi-Fi, radio and tea/coffee making facilities. We also offer a spare bed should a third person wish to share the double or twin room. We offer a traditional cooked English breakfast and are happy to cater for any special food requests.

There is plenty of off-street parking and guests are welcome to relax in our beautiful garden and have a drink on the patio. We are pleased to say that we have been awarded “4 stars” by Visit England.
