From the M25, turn off at Junction 5 taking the A21 towards Hastings. Follow this road for about 10 miles and turn off onto the A26 to Tunbridge Wells. Continue through Southborough for about 4 miles until you reach a mini roundabout as you enter Tunbridge Wells where you bare right taking the second exit, signposted A26 to Lewes. Follow the A26 for about a mile along the side of the common until you reach a mini roundabout where you turn left onto the A267 signposted Eastbourne. Proceed for about a quarter of a mile taking the second right into Montacute Road and then immediately left into Clarendon Way where we are up on the right at Number 24.

If you are arriving by train and plan to take the short walk to us, please turn left out of the lower station yard opposite The Range store and walk down Vale Road continuing straight as it merges into London Road. After about 200 metres turn left at the mini roundabout into Nevil Street which turns into Frant Road. Proceed up the hill for about a quarter of mile and take the second right into Montacute Road then first left into Clarendon Way where you will find us up on the right at Number 24. However, if you do have much luggage you may prefer to take a taxi for around £5.
